PRIVACY POLICY

Linasjewelry.com will never sell or share your personal information with any third party commercial vendor without your prior expressed consent except as required by law, governmental authority or court orders. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Linasjewelry.com. The only information collected by Linasjewelry.com to complete an order will be the following:

* Your name

* Your address

* Your email address

* Your phone number

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the email address you supply at the time of the order to send you an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. We use return email addresses to answer any email we may receive. All credit card information given is used solely for the purpose of purchasing products you have ordered from this website. The merchant never sees your credit card information. RETURN POLICY

Linasjewelry.com prides itself on customer care. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the product you receive, simply return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping & handling on return items or the cost of insuring these items. Merchandise returned must be unused, resalable, without scratches, nicks or marks. Please include a copy of your invoice with a brief description of the reason for your return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me! I understand that sometimes orders do not go exactly as you had planned and it can be difficult to get it right the first time, especially when it is a gift for someone else. For this reason, I will allow one exchange free of charge (except the cost for you to ship back the item you are returning) within 14 days of receiving your original order. However, the original item must be returned in the condition in which it was sent out. Please re-box the item and take the appropriate precautions for mailing.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please be aware that the shipping and handling costs only include the cost of shipping your item(s) and delivery confirmation. This is my way of tracking your package and making sure it gets to you. You, as the customer, however, have the choice of purchasing insurance for your item(s) at an additional cost. Once your package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for it. Any lost, broken, damaged item(s) are to be reported to your local post office where you, as the customer, will have the responsibility of filling out a claim. Most jewelry orders will take 5 to 8 days to process and ship. Generally, orders are shipped using the USPS Priority Mail selection. This selection is cost-efficient and should only take an average of 2-3 days for delivery. Smaller orders will cost $5.95 for shipping and larger orders may cost up to $7.95. Any orders that come to $100 or more will receive free shipping and handling costs. Current special is free shipping and handling all around.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Any order may be cancelled or changed prior to dispatch at no additional charge. However, if your order has already been completed and the package has been mailed, you must follow the instructions for returns. Please e-mail lina@linasjewelry.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

 

UNDERSTANDING SIZING

For your benefit, I have provided a ruler to be printed out and used as a guide for measuring the correct item size. The ruler is located on the birthstone chart page. Another easy measuring guide can be a simple string. Wrap the string around your wrist or ankle until it is to your liking and comfort level. Measure the string and choose the closest measurement provided for your item. In the case of improperly measuring a gift for someone else, the exchange policy states that up to ONE exchange is allowed, but only for 14 days upon receipt of your order. So measure carefully or follow the exchange guidelines!

 

 

REPAIR POLICY

Creating jewelry is never an exact science. Although I take a great deal of caution and care to be sure that the pieces are secure, things do happen. You have up to 60 days to test the items out and make sure they are safe and secure. Within 60 days, if an item needs to be repaired, I will do so free of charge (your cost will simply be shipping and handling to send the item back to me). I will fix the item and return it to you as quickly as I can. If you no longer want the item, simply follow the return policy. If your item breaks after the 60 days are over, I will still repair the item, but you will now be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling BOTH ways and the cost of any replacement parts that may be necessary. Return your item in the box in which it came along with ALL parts involved and make sure to send it insured with $5.95 (smaller orders) or $7.95 (larger orders) for return postage and handling.

These jewelry items are not intended for infants and children. The components making up these items are small and could pose a choking hazard if separated. Please use caution when wearing items around small children, and do not leave children unattended around these items.
